Honoring Alex Levine

Alex Levine was an exceptional scientist, collaborator and friend.  His colleagues and friends gathered for a symposium at UCLA to honor his memory and celebrate his life.  Prof. Valentine presented an overview of their collaborative work on microtubule network mechanics, which set an important foundation for the group's current work in active cytoskeletal composites and living materials.
